Job title: Painter | Finished Carpentry TRIM Painter
Compensation: $20-$28 Hourly OR Day Rate | 1099 | Depending on Experience & Knowledge in Painting Trim.
Looking for experienced painter with knowledge in painting TRIM/ MDF material - crown moulding, baseboard, wall paneling, paint grade shelves & cabinets, etc.
- Must know about painting finished trim & smooth MDF material.
- Knowledge in using a sprayer is preferred but not required if demonstrates good quality rolling & brush skills.
- Knowledge of how to properly mask off areas to leave no overspray and protect client's possessions
- Knowledge about finished trim prep- nail hole filling, seam work, sanding wood filler (smooth & seamless finish) etc.
We will supply paint, brushes, rollers, sprayer, tape, masking, etc.
Must have own transportation. Must be clean, attention to detail and know how to work in residential homes (know how to cover and protect and keep area clean). Must be able to communicate with decent English.
Full time job - Monday through Friday with opportunity to work on most Saturday's as well.
Residential work- NOT COMMERCIAL
Must have own transportation to job sites in the Austin area & Surrounding cities (Travis County, Cedar Park, Leander, Pilot Knob, Kyle, etc)
